Humility (dainya), complete self-dedication (ātma-nivedana), embracing Kṛṣṇa as one's only maintainer (goptṛtve varaṇa), firm faith that Kṛṣṇa will surely protect me ('avaśya rakṣibe kṛṣṇa'), accepting only that which is favorable to pure devotion, and firmly rejecting everything unfavorable to devotion—these are the six limbs of true surrender. Śrī Nandanandana Kṛṣṇa heeds the earnest prayers of such a surrendered soul.
